Questions and Answers:

What is your minimum order for wholesale pricing? - Our wholesale pricing starts at $200 per order through RFQ. Larger volumes over $1000 unlock tiered pricing.

Do you have a storefront? - Unfortunately we do not, we are a candle supplier and manufacturer located in Norfolk, VA. However, we offer free pick in our office/warehouse every Saturday from 10am - 4pm and M-F by appointment only. 

Do you dropship? - Unfortunately we do not, however if you have a store from Amazon, or Walmart we can ship directly to any fulfillment center. For orders over $500, we provide product barcode labeling  at $10 per 100 units.

What are your shipping options and costs? - We ship via UPS/Fedex/USPS and Trucks for palletized order within the US. Rates will vary based on weight and we offer a discounted rate. We also ship Internationally. 

How long does order processing take? - Standard wholesale orders ship within 2-4 business days. For regular orders we ship within 1-3 business days.

Do you charge sales tax, and how do we get resale certificate? - Sales tax applies based on your shipping state unless you provide a resale certificate. You can e-mail it to us at sales@alianabydesign.net

Do you sell different type of containers? - We do not sell containers except for the tall candle jars, however if you have a candle jar that you like from other jar manufacturer that we don't offer from our candle lines you can ship it directly to us. We will charge only for the wax and labor for making your candles. The candle vessels that we have currently available are listed below.

How much do you charge for soy wax if we buy our own container? - We charge $0.36 per oz for unscented and $0.44 per oz for scented candles. 

Do you offer labeling? - Yes, we do offer product labeling and barcode however we do not design. You send us your design and we print it for you at 20 cents per piece combination of product label and barcode.

What type of fragrance do you offer? - We have over 20 types of fragrances in our candle lines that are listed. They are all CleanScents and TruScents certified. You can also request and we will try to accomodate.
