Custom Taper Candle Ordering:
We gladly accept custom orders! We can craft tapered candles in any height from 4 to 20 inches tall, with a base diameter ranging from 0.20 to 1.5 inches.

While we do not manufacture custom packaging or labels, we can easily prepare your order to be retail-ready. Simply have your third-party packaging supplier ship your branded packaging directly to us.

We will package your candles for a flat rate of just $20 per 100 sets.

What is the minimum order requirement for wholesale pricing? Our wholesale pricing begins at a minimum order value of $200, processed through a Request for Quote (RFQ). Orders exceeding $1,000 qualify for tiered volume-based pricing.
Do you operate a retail storefront? We do not maintain a public storefront. As a candle producer and supplier based in Norfolk, Virginia, we offer convenient pickup options at our office/warehouse: every Saturday from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM, and Monday through Friday by appointment only.
Do you provide dropshipping services? Yes, we offer direct shipping to retail stores and fulfillment centers nationwide.
What are your shipping options and associated costs? We ship via UPS, FedEx, USPS for smaller packages, and freight carriers for palletized orders within the continental United States. Shipping rates are calculated based on weight, dimensions, and destination.
What is the typical lead time for orders? Standard wholesale orders of fewer than 200 pieces typically ship within 3–5 business days. Orders between 500 and 2,000 pieces require 7–10 business days, while orders exceeding 2,000 pieces generally have a lead time of 3–5 weeks or longer, depending on production requirements.
Do you charge sales tax, and how can we submit a resale certificate? Sales tax is applied in accordance with the shipping destination state's regulations unless a valid resale certificate is provided. Please email your resale certificate to sales@alianabydesign.net.
Do you sell candle containers separately? We do not offer individual containers for sale, with the exception of our tall candle jars. However, if you have candle vessels from another manufacturer that are not part of our standard lines, you may ship them directly to us. We will then fill them with wax and perform the labor to produce your candles, charging only for materials and labor. A list of our currently available candle vessels is provided below [or on our website/product catalog].
What is the cost for soy wax if we supply our own containers? We charge $0.36 per ounce for unscented soy wax candles and $0.44 per ounce for scented soy wax candles.
Do you offer private label services? Yes, we provide product labeling and barcode application services. We do not offer design services; please supply your ready-to-print artwork. Printing is charged at $1.00 per piece (for a combination of product label and barcode). Alternatively, you may have labels and barcodes printed by a third-party vendor, and we will apply them to your products at $20 per 100 units.
Are your candles supplied with retail-ready packaging? Yes, our tall candles and 24-hour vigil candles are packaged in eco-friendly, transparent PET100 material, manufactured in the USA and Canada, making them suitable for retail display.
What fragrance options do you offer? We offer more than 20 fragrance varieties across our candle lines, all of which are CleanScents™ and TruScents certified for safety and quality. Custom fragrance requests are welcome, and we will make every effort to accommodate them where feasible.
